SCSC provides programming, resources, and implementation support for schools and districts to help them onboard and retain high quality educators.

We work with school leaders and mentors on intentional interactions with new educators that help them develop positive habits regarding reflection and growth while building an optimal learning environment for their students.

SCSC is the regional hub for pilot projects from MDE, the New Teacher Center, and the Student Centered Learning Collaborative that support new teacher onboarding and mentoring initiatives.
