Practical Assessment Exploration System labs include a curriculum that operates in a simulated work environment. Students become employees and the teachers become the supervisors. Strict work procedures are followed so students get the feel of real employment, as well as learn and explore new career and vocational employment opportunities. The goal of a student participating in a PAES experience is to ultimately be paired with a work opportunity and transition to employment.
