Our conference began with an uplifting movement session led by Mona Ceniceros, a trailblazer in the local yoga community. Sarah Moe captivated us with her expert sleep tips, offering practical advice to enhance overall well-being. The Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) Team shared strategies for fostering healthy workplaces by prioritizing employee well-being and retention. Amber Tonne and Jeremy Gaul shared insights on safeguarding against fraud. They emphasized the importance of proactive measures and offered practical tips to minimize risks. April Graff explored how balanced eating can help reduce stress, improve resilience, enhance focus, and foster a positive mindset in her recent presentation.
