South Central Service Cooperative program Synergy & Leadership Exchange is a nonprofit organization serving schools and communities across Minnesota.

Synergy & Leadership Exchange is helping Minnesotans be their best by fostering Collaboration, providing Educational Resources and Celebrating achievement.

Synergy & Leadership Exchange fosters collaboration with many partners including the Minnesota Academic League, Minnesota Character Council, and the Minnesota Service Cooperatives.

Synergy & Leadership Exchange publishes and distributes Reach for the Stars, an educational resource listing more than 130 academic enrichment opportunities for Minnesota K–12 students.

Synergy & Leadership Exchange celebrates Minnesota Educators and Students for their amazing talents, hard work and dedication through Gathering of Champions, Outstanding Educator Awards, Minnesota Ethical Leadership Award, Minnesota Promising Practices Award and Minnesota Schools of Character.
