The goal of South Central Service Cooperative's SPOTLIGHT Employee Recognition Award Program is to recognize and get to know SCSC members, staff, and partners for the outstanding contributions they make to their organizations.
How It Works
- Employees may be recommended by coworkers, supervisors and SCSC members anytime throughout the year.
- Honorees will be announced and recognized at the beginning of February, May, August, and November. The honoree's achievement or contribution and their photo will be publicized on social media. Please limit your submissions to ONE NAME PER QUARTER.
- Current and previous SPOTLIGHT honorees will also appear on the SCSC website and will receive a framed certificate. When possible, an SCSC staff member will personally deliver the award (coordinated with the employee’s supervisor).
- The SPOTLIGHT honoree will also receive a small recognition gift from SCSC.
