Hands-On Interactive Career Fair Benefits High Schoolers, Employers

The event attracted 1,600 area 10th graders interested in exploring a wide variety of career opportunities. 65 industry partners—including professionals ranging from county government staff to those from in-demand fields, such as paramedics—piqued students' interest with hands-on experience through interactive features and exhibits. According to Lake Crystal student, Leah Quade, "I liked the interactive (exhibits.) They teach me stuff because you can actually visualize what you're doing."
