SCSC’s Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration to provide free live, interactive content for learning at home.

CILC Community of Learning logoGreetings Parents and Teachers!

I wanted to let you know that the CILC Community of Learning programs are going strong and will be available every day through Friday, April 17! These are free interactive programs for Grades K–6th from our top content providers.

The content providers, who are normally paid for these programs are doing these free to help students that are struggling to learn at home. Many of them are broadcasting from their homes since many of the museums have closed their doors. We owe them a huge thank you for providing learning that is fun yet hitting core curricular topics. Out staff is moderating every program to make sure the students can see and hear the presenter, but not each other! All communication goes through chat and can only be seen by the presenter and moderator. To date students have shown excellent online behavior and wonderful comments and questions. Thank you!

We hope you will take the time to register your students for some of the great programs coming up! For details and to register visit the Community of Learning here.  You will receive connection information via email from Zoom via Tami Moehring.

Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

 Best,
