Regional Counselors CoP

Mark your calendars for the January Counselor CoP meeting. Complimentary lunch will be provided, catered by the Union Trades group, who will also be speaking to attendees.

To kick off the morning, students from Mankato School's INSITE program will bring their "Brew Crew" to serve coffee drinks to buy. INSITE is a transition program for students aged 18–21 that empowers individuals with disabilities to build independence and prepare for future success. The Brew Crew will offer a variety of coffee-based beverages, including cold brew and iced coffee, with options like flavoring, steamed milk, and whipped cream. They will also have handmade INSITEful merch available. Both cash and Venmo will be accepted.

The meeting is open to all School Counselors and agencies supporting School Counselors and K–12 students. Please register by January 10 so we have accurate numbers for ordering lunch. We are currently developing the agenda.

Note: Virtual attendance is not available this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to see you in person.

Winter Weather Note: The SCSC building will close if Mankato Area Public Schools close due to weather.
