This two-day workshop is designed for aspiring and career administrators who want to learn how to apply the capacities of facilitative leadership through skills development that will be used on the job.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

• Facilitative Leadership: How to use techniques and strategies of process facilitation to build culture and achieve outcomes that are measurable.
• Emotional Intelligence: How to recognize the type of leadership needed for various contexts through the application of emotional intelligence.
• Andragogy Leadership: How to understand and respect the characteristics and needs of adult learners, and how to design and deliver learning for adults through application of processes coaching.
