OUR MISSION
We are dedicated to empowering and engaging our members in lifelong health and well-being.

OUR BOARD
The MHC Board is made up of members from the seven Regional Service Cooperative Boards that participate in MHC. They also serve at the local level as school district board members, city council members, county commissioners and non-profit organizations board members. They see first-hand the struggles public agencies face related to managing and funding employee benefits. These Board members give their time to help shape MHC into an organization that will bring the best product and services to our members.

MSC LogoThe Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC) is a Joint Powers organization comprised of nine educational service agencies. The Minnesota Service Cooperatives performs planning on a regional basis and assists in meeting specific needs of clients in participating governmental units which could be better provided by a Service Cooperative than by members themselves.
The nine educational service agencies are geographically distributed across the state and serve members in their respective areas. Each agency has a unique understanding of the strengths and needs of their members and use these insights to positively impact and improve outcomes.
