SCSC Receives School Finance Award

The Minnesota Department of Education has recognized South Central Service Cooperative with the Fiscal Year 2008 School Finance Award. This award reflects a compliance with Minnesota Statutes on selected finance issues. It also reflects a proactive stance by SCSC on positive fund balances, sound fiscal policies and practices, training initiatives, and accountability. This is the third year that South Central Service Cooperative has earned this award. Congratulations to our regional members also receiving this award: Jordan, Mankato, Waseca, and Waterville public schools.
