Make Payments Online!

South Central Service Cooperative is pleased to bring you the online convenience of our new payment processing system from PaySchools. When your staff uses our eventworksmnTM software to register for events online, an electronic payment option is now available. Simply choose the EFT, E-Check, or credit card payment option.

How It Works
Access our online registration system eventworksmnTM. Register yourself or a staff member for an event. At the end of the registration process, you can choose the Credit Card/EFT/E-Check option which will take you to the PaySchools website. If you are a current PaySchools user, log in as usual.

The first time you access PaySchools, you will be asked to create a username and password. After you log in, select the item(s) you wish to purchase then choose to pay by e-check or credit card. To pay by e-check (directly debiting your bank account), you will enter your bank’s American Bankers Association routing number and personal bank account number. To make your purchase by credit card, enter the account number and expiration date for your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. After you complete your purchase, an e-mail confirmation and receipt will immediately be sent to you. PaySchools uses “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) software, which requires passwords throughout the program and does not store bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users.

Benefits for Our Members
Not only is this payment method convenient, it can save time and district resources by eliminating unexpected SCSC invoices for workshop participants, as well as the $5 billing fee.

  • PaySchools and eventworksmnTM offer you:
  • Easy and convenient online access to pay registration fees
  • An end to processing numerous small payables checks
  • The ability to view account history of purchases
  • The assurance of private and secure transmissions

We anticipate this new payment method will meet the needs and expectations of our members and parents. Please feel free to contact Glenn Morris (507-389-5106) or Carol Wessman (507-389-5110) with any questions or concerns as we pilot this new program.
