Tregoe Education Forum

CAE and the Tregoe Education Forum have secured funding for a joint pilot project with the Cityview Performing Arts Magnet School in Minneapolis. This Decision Analysis-Making Good Choices pilot will kick off in March.

To cope with the demands of the 21st century, students need to know more than core content. They need to know how to use their knowledge and skills-to think critically, access and analyze information, and exercise sound reasoning in understanding and making complex choices.

This workshop prepares secondary level (middle and high school) educators to use Decision Analysis with their students utilizing an instructional design based on sound principles of adult learning, substantial practice (over 60% of workshop time) on school-related cases and exercises, opportunities to use teacher and student materials, individual attention from facilitators, and idea exchange with other teachers.
