SCSC Introduces New Medicare Group Plan

South Central Service Cooperative unveiled a new Medicare Group Plan October 24, 2006 to its members at a meeting in Mankato. We will also be sending information out to all SCSC member groups by e-mail.
Primary features of this plan allow Medicare eligible employees to save money and will allow their employers to escape the billing process. This plan will also take retirees claims out of their employer’s active pool, thus eliminating risk. Effective date of this plan is January 1, 2007.
