Tech Prep College Credit (Articulation)—Meetings Scheduled

The Southern Minnesota Regional Tech Prep Consortia is continuing to work together on updating existing regional Tech Prep College Credit (TPCC) agreements. TPCC certificates are earned by juniors and seniors in high school who earn a B or better as a final grade in their course work and complete all objectives. Earned certificates are awarded to students who then can bring the certificate to registration at the participating college. In most cases, students do not have to duplicate coursework already mastered and can register for the next level course in their chosen career area. Objectives are determined by the secondary and post-secondary educators who come together, compare syllabus and develop the list of objectives. Participation by high school teachers is determined at each district. Regional agreements are reviewed every other year.
