Have You Sent in Your CAE Membership Application?

The CAE 2006–2007 Membership Drive application has been sent to all public and private schools in Minnesota. Membership in the Center for Academic Excellence requires Board resolution—the basic membership fee is $225/district or non-public school and $175/individual school, charter school or home school. CAE membership provides:

• Subscription discounts for CAE’s new on-line testing engine “My TestPilot” – a quick, easy, economical, and secure way to monitor student success. This unique tool includes an essay module complete with scoring.
• CAE is offering one free teacher subscription (30 students) per building in your district. Register to receive your free subscription and preview the “My TestPilot” demonstration on our website: www.mncae.org.
• 5% discount on CAE exclusive products and services to help improve student performance and communications with students and parents—including “My TestPilot” and the Tregoe resources.
• Administration of one free web-based survey, to quickly and easily collect, report, and use results for data-driven decision making.
• Tregoe Decision Making/Analysis tools and resources to aid administrators and classroom teachers to measure and improve performance in their classrooms and schools.
• Help to promote, recognize, and celebrate academic excellence in students and educators through statewide programs like the “Gathering of Champions,” and the “WEM Outstanding Educator Awards,” and by posting to our website and publishing in our quarterly newsletter “That’s Academic.” Send us your district’s success stories for posting and publication.
• Advocate, monitor, and endorse statewide academic challenges and competitions.
• Membership Certificate.
