Who Pays? Taking the Maze Out of Funding

Please join us for our FOCUS meeting at the National Guard Training and Community Center, 100 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Mankato on Thursday, November 8, 2007 from 6–8 p.m.

The event will be presented by: Joan Lee, MA, PHN, Minnesota Children with Special Health Needs Community & Family Health Minnesota Department of Health.

Joan will focus on medical funding sources and other resources for families including; MinnesotaCare, Medical Assistance, TEFRA, Home & Community Based Services, SSI, Third Party Billing, and other funding. A “Tools” packet is included and case studies will be done.

This event is FREE but registration is necessary by calling Loree Brown at 507-389-1425 or lbrown@mnscsc.org. Child care is available upon request.
