The SCSC is partnering with The Hanover Insurance Group through the C.O. Brown Agency in Mankato for workers’ compensation insurance. The workers’ compensation insurance premiums qualify for the safety group dividend program. The contact at the C.O. Brown Agency is Mark Lancaster at 507-387-5460. The Hanover Insurance Group began in 1852 as a property and casualty company, building success and respect over nearly two centuries. This insurance program has been built specifically for school districts in Minnesota and the safety group dividend program is available exclusively to the members of the SCSC. The C.O. Brown Agency was started in 1917 in Rochester, MN and as a full service insurance agency is one of the premier agencies in Minnesota. The C.O. Brown Agency currently works with many agencies in southern Minnesota and is an expert at helping educational institutions.
