This voluntary program is offered through National Insurance Services and underwritten by Ameritas Group. Rates are guaranteed for two years from your effective date of coverage and are pooled with all other Participating Minnesota Service Cooperatives Members. An employer group needs only 10 employees to purchase this coverage in order to make it effective and there is no waiting periods for benefits to begin.
