The Cooperative Purchasing program is designed to help schools and districts fulfill your purchasing needs while making your buying process more efficient by saving you time and money.

Some portions of the Cooperative Purchasing site are password protected. First time users will need to create an account by selecting "Don't Have an Account" and entering their email and organization.

The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) provides another avenue to volume purchasing contracts. South Central Service Cooperative and the Minnesota Service Cooperatives are participating members in the AEPA, which means as a member, you have access to the contracts established through AEPA.

NJPA logoNearly 200 National Cooperative Contract Solutions from the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) are now available to members of South Central Service Cooperative.

NJPA is a Minnesota government agency, similar to SCSC that establishes an alliance between buyers and suppliers for use by education, government and non-profits. Cooperative purchasing with NJPA leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, NJPA contracts meet Minnesota’s procurement laws, local bid requirements and/or Joint Powers Authority.
